Building Effective Multi-Agent Applications
An ecosystem of agents collaborating to achieve any task, no matter where your data is stored. That’s what companies like Google and Salesforce are working towards with their multi-agent platforms. But what can you actually do with them right now? And how do protocols like MCP and A2A fit in? In this talk we’ll use the OpenAI Agents SDK to build a multi-agent application for customer service. Based on learnings from using this approach with a global construction company, we’ll touch on pain points like latency, data fragmentation and the battle for the orchestrator crown.
