General Terms and Conditions for Ai4Devs Conference Ticket Sales
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of tickets for the Ai4Devs Conference ("Conference") organized by iO The Netherlands bv("Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Ticket Categories
The Conference offers the following ticket categories:
Student Tickets: Available exclusively to individuals currently enrolled in an educational institution. Valid student identification will be required at the entrance.
Self-Funding Tickets: For individuals purchasing tickets with their own funds, not reimbursed by an employer or organization.
General Admission Tickets: For professionals attending on behalf of companies or organizations.
3. Purchase and Payment
3.1. All prices are in Euros and do not include applicable VAT.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time, but changes will not affect tickets already purchased.
3.4. Confirmation of your ticket purchase will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
4. Verification of Eligibility
4.1. Student Ticket holders must present a valid student ID card or enrollment certificate at the Conference registration desk.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of attendees for their specific ticket category.
4.3. If an attendee cannot provide proof of eligibility for their ticket category, the Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or require payment of the price difference to the appropriate ticket category.
6. Ticket Transfers
6.1. Tickets are not transferable.
7. Conference Changes or Cancellation
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Conference program, location, or date.
7.2. In case of Conference cancellation by the Organizer, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to a future event.
7.3. The Organizer is not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees (travel, accommodation, etc.) in case of Conference changes or cancellation.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content presented at the Conference is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
8.2. Unauthorized recording, photography, or reproduction of Conference content is prohibited without prior written consent from the Organizer.
9. Data Protection
9.1. Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with Dutch data protection laws.
9.2. By registering, attendees consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for Conference organization purposes.
9.3. Attendees may opt-in to receive future communications about similar events.
10. Force Majeure
11.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature, government actions, or other forces beyond its reasonable control. globe-1
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms are governed by Duch law.
12.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands
